A similar figure occurs in the cartoon of 'Girl Musicians' for the 'Song of Solomon' Window at Darley Dale Church. But this drawing, however, would seem to be of a later date. It is of the same figure as the study 1927P573, but seen from the front. It is also similar to the figure on the extreme right in the background of 1927P611, a compositional study for the story of Cupid and Psyche depicting Psyche before the Throne of Juno.

Bequeathed by James Richardson Holliday, 1927.
