Notes

Geoffrey Swindell applies a complex series of processes to his precise, clearly defined forms to achieve a rich depth of colour and contrasts in texture. His sources of inspiration include tin toys and seashells. He has compared himself to a jeweller, spending long periods of time working on the surface finish of his pieces.
