Biography for Conrad Heinrich Kuchler
EmploymentKuchler was a medallist and engraver who moved to England from Germany in 1790 and was employed by Matthew Boulton at the Soho Mint until his death in 1810. He produced coin dies and thirty documented medals. He was Boulton's sole artist for designing and die-cutting. |
