Biography for Fred Passenger

Fred Passenger was an artist who with his brother Charles (f.1875-1907), decorating lustre wares for the pottery of William De Morgan (1839-1917). The brothers became partners in De Morgan's business in 1898. Charles Passenger's mongram ('CP') appears on Wedgwood Queen's ware decorated at the De Morgan Pottery.
