| Notes | This finely executed Etrusco-Corinthian bottle has been made in the form of a seated hind. Its body is painted with brown spots on cream background. Ingeniously, the head of the animal forms the stopper. Considering its date of between 600 – 550 BC, it has survived in remarkably fine condition! | | Purchased from Charles Ede Ltd, 1974. |
