Notes

Space Hoppers were described in the promotional advertisements as the ‘amazing inflatable riding ball’. Most people will recall the orange model, although blue ones – now rare – were made too. The Space Hopper was inflated by means of a bicycle pump before going on to provide children of the 60s and 70s with many happy hours of bouncing.

Presented by Alan Giles, 2000.
