Siddy Langley (b.1955) studied ceramics from 1976 to 1979, before joining the London Glassblowing Workshop as an apprentice in1979, becoming a glassmaker at the workshop until 1987. In 1988 she established Alchemy Hot Glass in Maidenhead. In 1997 she relocated to Plymtree, Devon where she is currently based. She has exhibited her work widely both in this country and on the continent.
