Lucien Taylor lives and works in London as a silversmith, designer and lecturer. He is also a member of the Association of British Designer Silversmiths.Through his work the artist explores the relationship between meaning and function. Working with seemingly simple forms he produces objects that display ambiguity and paradox. This pepper grinder forms part of the contemporary metalwork collection at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.
