EducationLincoln Art School (1949); Central School of Art & Design (1950-53). AwardsOBE (1992). EmploymentFrom 1958-1996 Baldwin worked at Eton College as teacher of Ceramics and Sculpture. He was an influential teacher, who taught many of the key figures in British ceramics. Baldwin's work explores the sculptural possibilities of vessel forms, particularly the relationship between form and surface. His work has been exhibited worldwide and is represented in many public collections. |
